St. Elmo Brewing is an award-winning brewery based in Austin, Texas, known for its community spirit and consistently high-quality beers. Their brand is built on a flexible visual identity rooted in timeless Americana — approachable, familiar, and a little nostalgic. From beer releases to events, every expression carries its own personality while still feeling undeniably St. Elmo, allowing space to experiment without losing its sense of home.

Our partnership with St. Elmo is one of our most long-standing collaborations. We’ve worked alongside the team since their early days, helping shape a visual language that has grown with them from label design and brand storytelling to the launch of their second brewery. Together, we’ve built a brand that continues to evolve with St. Elmo’s ambitions and community.

Brewed for the Backyard

We created a short film to capture the laid-back spirit of Carl, St. Elmo’s iconic Kölsch. Our goal wasn't just to showcase the beer, but to place it in its natural habitat. Rooted in the classic Americana style the brewery is known for, the video brings Carl to life through a sun-soaked afternoon of mowing, music, and easy drinking. It’s a celebration of those simple, unhurried moments that make a backyard hang feel timeless.
